2. Estimates & Pricing
Any quotes or estimates provided are based on available information at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary due to:
- Site conditions
- Additional work requested
- Code compliance requirements
- Hidden or unforeseen issues
We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
- Late payments may incur interest or collection fees
- Materials may require deposits or prepayment
- Warranty does not apply to customer-supplied parts or devices
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue service for overdue accounts.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe, unobstructed access to work areas
- Ensuring pets, valuables, and occupants are secured during work
- Disclosing hazards such as mold, asbestos, or unsafe wiring
- Arranging required permits or inspections unless specified otherwise
We are not liable for delays caused by access issues or undisclosed hazards.
5. Use of Customer-Supplied Parts
If the customer provides fixtures, devices, or materials:
- We do not warrant customer-supplied items
- Defective or incompatible items may increase labour costs
- We may decline installation of unsafe or non-certified products
6. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
- Appointment reminders
- Service updates
- Billing or payment notifications
- Safety or project-related messages
You may withdraw consent anytime by replying STOP to SMS messages or contacting us directly.
7. Cancellations & Scheduling
We require reasonable notice for cancellations or scheduling changes. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to charges, including minimum labour or travel fees.
8. Website Use & Content
All content on our website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Bedrock Electrical Inc. You agree not to:
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities
- Use the website for unlawful purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Warranties
We warrant our workmanship for 1 year unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty does not apply to:
- Customer-supplied parts
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or alteration of installed components
- Issues arising from pre-existing electrical defects
